These videos are always very well-done! It seems like the resilience of the Hebrew-Matthew hypothesis has more to do with wishful thinking than with any evidence internal to the text. Christians want Matthew to have been written by Matthew, not by an unnamed Greek-speaking Jew who copied much of Mark.
And just to add, even if one of Jesus’ disciples did write the first gospel, he almost certainly would’ve written in Aramaic, not Hebrew. Writing in Hebrew, besides being that ability quite rare in 1st century Israel, would’ve have severely limited the evangelists audience, or at least it seems so to me.
